I MESSED UP INSTRUCTIONS ...FOR ME TO GET THIS TO WORK I HAD TO COPY THE FOLDER OF THIS TORRENT TO THE DESKTOP..your experience may vary ALSO I DONT LET CHECKPRO CONNECT TO ITS HOME..VIA MY FIREWALL ETC. this is an old kill switch for a vpn....works well for me..i run windows 10....it always closes my torrent client when my vpn disconnects....best thing to do is to configure your vpn to stop all traffic when it drops a connection/kilswitch...but i also use vpncheckpro to stop utorrent and qbit torrent when vpn connection stops..only 2 torrent clients i have tried it witk...but it seems vpncheckpro will close any program you configure it to..as i tried it with my browser as well to test...this version must be 10 years old at least..as i got it 8 years ago..and it has worked great...but you first of all should have a vpn that will stop all net traffic when connection stops....i like this as xtra insurance...i have left everything in the file as they deserve the credit.. there maybe other better free switches you can dl idk..but i found the checkpro was removed from 1337x and here at tpb ahen i searched ..so here goes...old program..don't bother if you have something better etc....if you do use it,, select config- application..and then the start icon of your browser...having first shut down your torrent client...select the icon of your browser..then select it to -close-autorun....then disconnect from the server you are using in your vpn.while your browser is active...it should close your browser when you disconnect your vpn and open your browser when you reconnect...this is a way to test whether it will close your torrent client... a safe way and how to get used to it.etc...but first and foremost your vpn config should be your protection and configured right to stop all traffic when disconnected..a killswitch....but i like to run this as well..a killswitch for the torrent client
