The Back to the Future blu-ray has a very DNRed look where all the faces in the film look very waxy and lacking in fine detail. It also suffers from lots of edge enhancement that makes the overall image look very artificial and digital looking. As the main source for this release I used a high quality DCP transfer that doesn't suffer from DNR or edge enhancement so the film looks much more filmic and pleasant to watch. Also included is the English PCM original surround mix from the Laserdisc. All details of changes made to The Back to the Future (1985) blu-ray can be found in the torrent file listing. English and Spanish subtitles are also included in this release.
