Truth is, he's very likeable and has a good attitude towards colleagues he likes. As for being foul mouthed, that's rubbish. Calling someone who's a dickhead, a dickhead, doesn't make that person foul mouthed, it makes them honest. When you see the utter nitwittedness and incompetence of two of his colleagues in particular, I'm sure you'll agree.
