Addressing the Iranian government's internet shutdown amid protests, he called it "a double-edged sword" where modern communication systems can be easily weaponized or cut off to control populations. He warned about the increasing sophistication of technologies designed to influence human behavior, including "energy weapons" and sonic devices possibly used in recent conflicts like Venezuela. Tracing mind control back decades, he referenced experiments from the 1950s involving drugs and brain-machine interfaces, suggesting today's technologies, such as Neuralink, bring society closer to a "worldwide mind" linking global consciousness. He explained brain biofeedback as a method to "train the brain to operate in a certain range," enhancing learning or subtly manipulating mental states through stimuli like flickering light or sound.
