Tactical Breach Wizards is a turn-based strategy game from the independent studio Suspicious Developments, which produced titles such as Heat Signature and Gunpoint. The action takes us to a land where magic and modern technology exist side by side. The player's task is to manage a team of outcasts in their mission to fight the theocratic state of The Chapel and the ruthless group of mercenaries working for them. The game strongly emphasizes plot threads and telling the stories of our unit members. The core of the game is a turn-based strategy game, in which the most important role is the placement of our characters and the appropriate use of their skills, just like in Into the Breach. At Tactical Breach Wizards, our players differ from each other in terms of playing style, and their preferences suggest tactical decisions. For example, Riot Priest - a powerful tank - gains mana points every time she is brutal (throws an opponent out of the window, takes damage, etc.). Her opposite is Witch Cop, a former police officer whose mana regenerates only when she uses exactly the right amount of force. In addition to properly using the characters' preferences, it is extremely important to use their special skills and the environment. Properly positioned, Riot Priest is able to send an opponent charging out the window, permanently excluding him from the game, while Witch Cop can electrocute several opponents at the same time. The game encourages us to experiment by having the option to undo our last moves, so we can freely try different tactics without having to load. The gameplay in Tactical Breach Wizards is divided into missions in which our task is to storm a specific building. Each building consists of several consecutive rooms, at the end of which there is a boss fight. Each room has an additional goal, for completing which we get style points; the faster we complete it, the more we will receive. We can spend these points on changing the appearance of our characters, which we will implement in the database.
