The Garden Path takes us on a journey to a long-forgotten garden. During the game, we take on the role of a character who decides to abandon his former life and settle in the wilderness, trying to restore it to its former glory. In The Garden Path we observe the action from a bird's eye view. The production gives us a free hand as to how we will play in it. We can freely explore the title garden (a vast open world has been implemented here), talk to its inhabitants and perform the tasks they assign, as well as spend time taking care of the plants. All this without fighting for survival or having to watch the ticking clock. As you progress, the garden begins to come alive and attract a variety of characters, many of whom may decide to stay here longer. We are talking about, among others, a monkey named Bunk who loves tea, as well as a Greenlandic musk oxen named Larto. Interestingly, time in this production passes even without our participation. So there is nothing stopping us from, for example, waiting for the moment when the flowers we care for will bloom, turning off the game and coming back to it the next day.
