There's an interesting scene in the last episode of the series when the Catholic and Jewish religious leaders are gathered in the office of our Main character here as they try to determine if a young Jewish fella and an attractive similarly young Catholic woman can be married by the consent of these leaders, or whether they have to resort to an Anglican priest instead. Of course they are told they would be considered as "living in sin" by the church leadership present in the catholic tradition he suggests, they would be considered to be "living in sin" go figure!!
