Nove ragazzi vengono rapiti da gli agenti di una organizzazione criminale chiamata Black Ghost e vengono tramutati in cyborg,ciascuno con i propri super poteri. I nove cyborg riuscirono a sfuggire al controllo di Black Ghost e,aiutati dal Prof.Gilmore,iniziarono la loro guerra contro l\'organizzazione,che mira a far scoppiare nuovi conflitti globali in modo da poter vendere le loro armi tecnologicamente avanzate al miglior offerente.
