Recipes That Rock - Season 1, Episode 4 While climbing down the Ngilgi Cave in Yallingup, Alex and Matt hear the unmistakable sound of the didgeridoo echoing eerily from below. Down in the cave, they find their friend Josh Whiteland (from Episode 1) who lets them have a go at the didgeridoo themselves. Then Alex and Matt pay a visit to Carpe Diem – a vineyard that's owned by Italian couple Gianfranco and Francesca Anderle who have created a little bit of the old country with Italian-style grapes. Francesca gives the boys a demo of how to make a lunch of capretto and polenta. Next up, Alex swoons in delight as he meets the champion producers of the world-class Cambray Sheep Cheese. The excursion inspires Matt to create two dishes – sheep milk ice-cream with summer fruits, pistachio and rose petal syrup; and lamb neck sous vide served with lemon. Later on, the boys watch a country cricket match and get drawn by the sounds of the Stirling Rangers – a local band – jamming in the Country Women's Association Hall.
