This content, as well, is another gift from our Eastern friends existing entirely on servers in what used to be the Soviet Union. However, I have my preferences and I do not prefer an MP4 file "sans condom" as it were. Also, the choice of AAC for audio is too incompatible with most desktop systems I figured I might as well change it to Dolby (which is compatible with all desktops and DVD players). So that makes me the primary seed for this one, but it doesn't take long to get it up there. I wanted to create a 720p version of this but I have so many encodings awaiting CPU cycles already that I just can't spare any more to make that conversion. As it is, in an AVI container and with Dolby audio, even with its ridiculously high data rate of 11,000 Kbps average, it actually plays perfectly on my crummy laptop! The MP4 on its own did not; it played for a few seconds then the sound would stop while the video kept on going and I'd have to shut down Media Player to regain control. I did put this up on YouTube so that's one way to get a 720p version (download from YouTube) but the degradation would be so bad that it'd hardly be worth saving to disk. A 720p wide screen video aught to be at least 5,000 Kbps video to look like "high definition". YouTube's 720p wide screen videos are only about 1,000 Kbps video data rate.
