The system requirements are a bit exaggerated, the game runs fine on a good dual core CPU (i3 4th gen) , 4gb ram and a mid-high level graphics card with 2gb vram.... Always open the game using 'Run as administrator' to avoid crash/savegame issue. If it still crashes, lower the graphics settings from options ingame and make sure you meet the system requirements.
