I've used official releases and made a 4in1 for both x86, x64 versions of build 10162. I normally would not modify these pre-release versions, but I was bored and it's a mix of esd and iso files. The only modification I've made to each index is to install the default activation keys with /set-productkey dism cmd I've added an ei.cfg so you won't need to enter key on boot installs. Upgrades aren't blocked with ei.cfg like win8.x so there's no need to delete it. Upgrades will not give you a choice for which index you want to install.
