This is a windows 7 virtual machine with a IE10 browser it is not and cannot be used to install windows 7 it can only be used as a virtual machine.... If you have problem signing into your virtual machine click on the hint password it should show you the password.... The Installation instructions are here: https://az792536.vo.msecnd.net/vms/release_notes_license_terms_8_1_15.pdf But it is really easy to install just unzip and click open with VMware workstation pro or just open the windows 7 and it should import itself to vmware
