Wizard's Island it's very big mod for The Elder Scrolls III - Morrowind game made by Wizard's Island Team. Unfortunately it seems they are not exist anymore and there is a problem to download this mod, that's the reason. Maybe they thought they no need anymore, but it's wrong! It's just mod, so you need TES 3 - Morrowind and Tribunal, also there is a patch if you have Bloodmoon.
