A number of you asked me to remove the black bars with raised brightness from the top and bottom of the image in V3 that were more noticeable with the widescreen ratio sections so with this V4 release I have cropped the IMAX and widescreen sections separately so I was able to make the black bars on the top and bottom completely black for all the IMAX and widescreen scenes in the film. It also gave me the opportunity to tweak and improve how the IMAX scenes look in motion. Enjoy! I have finally checked out the latest Black Panther IMAX WEB-DL and it is a much better source than the 3D blu-ray that my previous IMAX releases were based on, but I found myself being distracted by the coldness of fleshtones throughout the film, with some scenes worse than others, and an overall sense of underexposure throughout the film, so with this V3 release I have increased the brightness slightly to correct that sense of underexposure and reduced the colour saturation a bit to take the edge off the colder fleshtones and make them feel less distracting and more natural overall.
