Refusing to sell, Tim begins to makes plans to get the timber out. It seems that Brunner is also a rival for the heart of saloon keeper Lynne Tilton (Vera Ralston), but she is won over to Chipman's side when she discovers that Brunner was also responsible for the death of her father.
